There are collection points for tickets booked through this website in both Bangkok and Surat Thani. Tickets are available to collect from near the railway station before you board the train.
Tickets booked through through this website for train travel from Bangkok to Surat Thani can be collected from the 12Go Office in the DOB Building, which is 180 metres walk away from Bangkok train station. The DOB Building is easy to find (see the map below) as it is opposite the front entrance of Bangkok train across the road. The 12Go office is on the ground floor of the DOB Building just across the hallway of the building as you enter via the the front entrance.

Ticket collection at other times can be arranged by calling the office during the working hours listed above on +66 (0) 94 074 6668 at least a day in advance of when you need to collect the ticket.
Please Note: When collecting train tickets bring the electronic ticket voucher you are sent when you have booked your tickets online, as well as your passport for identification. The staff in the office will do their best to help you if you forget to bring a print out of your electronic voucher, however, they handle a large volume of tickets on a daily basis and it will increase the time it takes to find your ticket. please bring the voucher and make life easier for the staff in the office.
Tickets booked through this website for train travel from Surat Thani to Bangkok can picked before travel from the Parcel Office at Surat Thani train station. The Parcel Office is on Platform 1 at Surat Thani train station near to the toilets.
